These courses have been designed for individuals who want to know more about each of the topics at Level 4.  Past participants include Higher Apprentices, those taking their first steps into middle management as well as Work Based Learning and Further Education Practitioners.  For Apprenticeship Learners the content supplements development of their knowledge to assist them successfully achieve their Knowledge Component or Vocationally Related Qualifications.  For Practitioners delivering Higher Apprenticeships the learning reinforces their knowledge and enables meaningful development and support of their Higher Level Learners. 

UK Awarding Organisations expect practitioners ie Assessors/Internal Quality Assurers/Verifiers/Teachers to
